@bigricho & @albatrosss you may be right in thinking that the directors don't care about the small shareholders. Certainly accumulating more shares at around the current price in a capital raising would be appealing to them because it increases their profit when they finally sell out. But, Farouk Chaouni and Tim Cotton don't play for loose change, when they win, they like to win big (http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=248151&p=irol-newsArticle&ID=1752759). They are not going to be happy with a pay day of $10 M - $20 M, they'll be chasing +$100 M. If they are successful, then even us small shareholders should do well.
