any further insight as to why this stock has lost ground?
I bought just after IPO on the strength of their seemingly non stop publicity machine.
The website needs a lot of work; from a small business owner perspective. Whoever runs marketing there needs to understand that a small business owner isn't as debt literate and needs to have things spelled out very clearly. The last thing you want to do if you're time poor is to spend a bunch of time applying for financial products that you don't qualify for.
