    I'm guessing when you go down the track of cost cutting, wage minimisation, minor product differentiation, average product quality :- you end up with a workforce and management that reflects the product.

    Everyone, doomed to kill a company, knows how to gouge out short term profit by cost cutting wages, means of delivery and product, but that necessarily results in the exclusion of that key person who inspires, leads, drives, sells and manages to get quantity premium prices for quality product.

    Many lacklustre managements are like administrators who bleed out once viable companies ... you know the bleak horizon when accountants are put higher on the ladder than the marketing guys.
