Real estate prices came down by around 40% over the past 6 or 7 years in Perth. Rents keep going up 5% per year.
Not sustainable.
Online shopping is supported by just about everyone and along with non staffed checkouts at supermarkets etc jobs will continue to decline.
We need an evolution (or revolution) in the jobs market imo.
