Retail changes constantly. JeansWest didn't know what was trending for way too long and how consumers wanted to engage with them, so they failed.
Yes I agree that retail landlords charge too much, we're buying online and all the rest.
But if your stock buyers suck, and your online and bricks and mortar strategies aren't complementary and driven by strong social media, you have no chance.
