Uni, I must say I like the latest news, at least at face value.
It strengthens the PSA position in Yemen however getting to the nitty gritty of approvals may be further delayed as the new admin team come to grips with what they have and don't have. I see in one report the delay in the Jeddah accord was over a last minute issue on resource allocation...I wonder if that included the oil fields management and cash flow?
From the perspective of PSA getting a partner onboard, they should find it easier now to get a commitment beyond interest.
I like what I am seeing but I still think there will be time issues with approvals. But a decisive new body may act quickly. It needs to in my opinion.
