When you get to court to give evidence, hearsay is not accepted as evidence.
Just how it is.

If there are emails that back up claims thats proof, but saying other employees felt the same doesnt wash unless they themselves give evidence supporting your claim.

You say in your opinion there are a number of points backed up with factual email support.
So not something you actually know, but your opinion. There is a difference.
Also, how do you know if an email is factual. Factual that it was sent or factual contents.
This sort of pulling apart is what lawyers do when they ask questions.

As far as work relations go. From my experience “blunt” under the guise of honesty doesnt foster good relationships.
Maybe there’s a bit to that. Enough for you to comment about at least.


As far as eye movement, body language, expressions, face touching, gestures, actions etc go, I have watched presentations by FBI about this subject.
