He'd rather scour the Internet for years-old articles and videos to selectively quite from that he inexplicably thinks make Dr Capano look bad (none of which do - it's actually confusing why he thinks they do). The narrative of the bad deeds here is powerful and disturbing, as you point out. I am for one glad that there's someone as brave as Dr Capano to bring these claims publicly and subject herself to the kind of silly scrutiny some dopes are applying to her.

i think there are probably many reasons Wang might not be a defendant, but namely this is a lawsuit against the company and it's boards/execs, and Wang was not employed in any capacity at the time of suit. So, probably a corporate thing under the law.
