Here's where it gets even more twisty. Banks institutions and super funds here and overseas have bought into the "gold is manipulated; no value in it; Bitcoin is the new gold etc etc'
So most of these guys here have either been blindsided by less than average analysts and myopic thinking - or worse - been deliberately tapped on the shoulder by market makers who see gold as the enemy of the USD.
Underweight gold miners is about to change as they can see that retreating tech stocks who produce nothing in the main are going to cruel their cozy bonuses and fee arrangements.
Bring it on.
