The market likely thinks won’t be many price drivers for 2 years as the company is proposing large capital investments. 2 years from now the rewards will begin to bear fruit.
The interim price drivers may be the gold price, M&A, and further drill results. It is hard to see production volumes or significant cost savings impacting the price although they should be heading in the right direction respectively.
Would happily read other takes on this.
