In talking to another holder of Neuren last week, they suggested the specific things that Jefferies would be currently undertaking on behalf of the company.
The one thing that surprised initially, but not after thinking about it, was that Jefferies would be contacting the major shareholders to ascertain what t/o offer would need to be made to be taken seriously.
I'm wondering if that is indeed the case.
