If that's the case there can be no question that any sale should only take place after PE. After all, they do have a "$1mil chance"to snare the extra 35% interest and it would be a shame to forego that prospect, never knowing if they could have gotten their hands on it. Things don't quite add up for me at this stage... with the talks of sale etc and PE hanging in the air. ..MyFok
