selling part of SNE incurs a tax situation, selling all of SNE (the holding company) may avoid this. either situation will require shareholder vote. selling all of SNE more than likely a very rewarding special cash rebate to shareholders (otherwise nobody would vote for a Karoon type situation!). all depends on price and lots of other moving parts. game on, something will happen either way, making us worth more than the current share price
