I think you are spot on DB. I clearly remember a discussion I had with CN at a SH meeting last year on the Gold Coast where she discussed FAR'S chances of success regarding PE. She was very confident indeed on the matter and was very guarded in her response as to why.
Considering now the events of the past few days leads me to believe that PE is the real play and that selling a portion of our holding is secondary .
I also believe that FAR wouldn't have taken CP to ABC without having a real chance of success backed by sound legal advice and substantial precedents supporting their case.
