They don't have 100m shares in the bag Collyn, There are CN's at 30c and 40c totalling around 108M shares, (so average that as don't remember exact numbers) to 35c thats about $38M... I think you will find the CN will be redeemed early and Jefferies won't get shit and they won't convert as current sp is max 25c. Thats probably why they are dumping with a hissy fit and the sp will probably be held at these prices till funding is done and early redemption of the CN is done. They obviously would want face value at 30c - 40c and won't convert at current price as it's losing money. They will get the face value of the note and interest accrued and thats that. JB will no longer be a holder of anything in POS I would say...
