The loss of revenue is due to one customer in digital advertising and Gen A.I hasn't grown enough yet to offset that loss. I think the market is impatient and expecting miracles. Appen needs to de concentrate and diversify revenue. I don't think Appen loses many contracts tbh not when the company provides a service at scale and speed.
