This way, if the company tanks, I feel justified in my view (but also have a legal case for being convinced by the despicable 3), and if it actually turns around, however unlikely… I will not feel like I missed out.

Exactly.....I picked some more up at .585 today. It could bounce off the cap raise price or not. As long as the CEO is not selling his 277,000 shares, I'm in. If he sells out I'm out. I don't want to see any directors selling their shares in the company otherwise this goes into the A2M basket.
