Maybe - its a difficult industry to predict where it will go not even Sam Altman and peeps at Deepmind know really.
All we know expecting more breakthroughs this year and the start of commercialisation by hyperscalers thats likely towards end of the year.
All I know deploying AI Assistants and AI customer service staff is not going to be free - and if the quality is not top notch one runs the risk of losing customers.
So waiting for this year to play out as hitting the exponential learning curve of A.I
Its going to get weird this year in A.I land.
