    Actually, they must feel they have very little to hide. IMO the NRS was set up to enable the organisations where this is a huge problem to sweep the issues under the carpet. Minimal compensation, (maximum $150,000) foregoing the right to bring a civil case in the future, no publicity. Suits organisations which might have plenty of claimants down to the ground.

    But for those who think that there isn’t much of an issue, the very low standard of proof, the bias in the selection of the ‘independent’ arbitrators and the lack of any appeal against the decision by the organisation but plenty of appeals for the complainant make it an unwise move to get involved. Open to scam merchants out for a quick buck.
