No - they're just waiting for the agreement with EA to (hopefully) conclude that provides both funding and guaranteed offtake.
The Jemalong project was just an opportunity that came up - all approvals in place, and plenty of grid capaciity so unlikely to suffer curtailment issues. And they may be able to sell the power to VAST if they can get their tech working.
