Agree with you gasoroil. I think management owe us a duty to be very transparent about why they recommend this Macquarie offer as being in our best interests versus other alternatives. Something can only be the best if it wins out compared to other options available to us to choose from. Withholding this information makes our assessment of what is in our best interests an unproductive exercise.
