It is my strongest suggestion that, if the CTPSA is really trying to get somewhere and work in supporting the benefits of their Members, they should at least work hard to get the full payment of the promised money which may and may not mature in 4 years time, NOW!!!

To pay it later, it is just like the bloke putting a carrot in front of the donkey/horse on a long stick so that the horse will walk towards it in the hope of reaching it, BUT HE NEVER WILL. Once the driver got the horse/donkey to get him there and where he wanted, he usually grab the carrot and eat it himself leaving the mouth of the poor animal (In this case the poor shareholders), dry and with an empty stomach.
