Not sure that Governor Morales is going to be able to do anything with the commissions whether he likes it or not. His history with Tupac Amaru accusing them of keeping welfare money and not distributing money to the people may tell us he wants to see free enterprise like Macri to weaken these crybaby organizers that want a free life...right PJ?
On another note...looks like $3.65 should be the retracement here
