myr is a dud...what is the main driver of myer to generate revenue growth? consumer spending that is it.
unemployment keep going up, interest rates going up -->mortgage cost going up, cost of living i.e. petrol, electricity, water going up.
Unless consumers is not logical (sometimes the market), they would be reluctant to spend extra money on luxury items
any extra money would be going to mortgage or petrol or foods.
what happen to myr --> who cares jen and the gang already kching kching... and a 30 years old fund manager will comes out ohh it is for 'long term' investment. la di da.
what about a 50 year old fund manager will say? it is future investment in 'paradise'
