I got this stock in the float years ago and have being buying and selling ever since
missed the big run up last year, now on my buy list again
only one problem, those beautiful fat profit margins they had when they were a small outfit have vanished .
Net profit margin dropped from 27% to 19% from dec06 half to dec 07 half. still healthy margins though
strange to see it so cheap, some sellers must be discounting it for a decline in Oz IT market revenue. Stock also very sensitive to wage costs. Always worried insiders know something I don't in these situations!
what do others think?
