ALP lunatic lefties are so focused on building that scaffold up to that glass ceiling they've lost the plot on the bigger picture.....putting COMPETENT people in positions of authority.....not because of their political affiliations but because they possess the necessary skills to function to the required level based on their ABILITY, whether they're male, female, indigenous, marginalised or whatever character profile deemed as 'suitable' in LEFTIE LAND ! We only need to look at our recent quarantine debacle in Victoria for proof. A female CEO in the Dept of AGRICULTURE ?????? FFS......decided to approach Unified Security based in SYDNEY to service our private security contract at quarantine hotels. Let's look at her first. Young & attractive.....female youth in leadership......ticks the leftie model ......was she COMPETENT enough to make this decision ??? Absolutely not. However...she was competent enough to post her 'perceived success' on social media along with several tax payer funded drinks no doubt. WHY did she choose Unified security based in Sydney....not Melbourne ?????? She had liaised with them previously on a Brotherhood of St Lawrence project. They were an INDIGENOUS owned company (another big leftie tick) who were committed to employing marginalised people (another big leftie tick). THEY didn't have the workforce to service the contract from the very beginning. THEIR licence had been expired for 19 days when they were awarded the contract !! THEY advertised on linkedin for their 'marginalised army' to 'rock up' on site to report for duty......no training whatsoever. THE whole process of due diligence took 24 hours FFS !!!! You'd think this had DISASTER written all over it to a COMPETENT person wouldn't you ? Clearly she put her LEFTIE idealistic loyalties before the HEALTH & WELFARE of the whole state of Victoria. Was she sacked for her incompetence ? No.....still holds a leadership position.....shuffled sideways to another dept.....Of course she was empowered by that stupid muppet DAN Demic Andrews who ...despite his lies & denials....said NO THANKS to ADF support. Every other Premier said YES THANKS and are sitting pretty compared to our LEPER state.....the state of permanent lockdown, disease & death. ENd result of this gross Labor model of shambolic incompetence......hundreds of deaths and still rising, thousands of covid cases and rising, millions of people in endless lockdown, rising suicide rate as a result (not reported), millions of people alienated from their families & friends, hundreds of thousands of businesses gone broke, billions of dollars of borrowed money to pay for this crisis....a debt for our children & grandchildren to pay off.....a total disaster that is still unfolding. BUT.....in LEFTIE LAND their spin will be......at least we helped the marginalised people in the community and that's a good thing ......RIGHT ??????
