    Seems that G8 are taking a firm stance with Jenny Hutson stating "80 cent offer will not be increased".

    Other interested parties possibilities : Folkstone, Evolve Education, Kern Group, Morgan Stanley and a mention today by MF of interest from Arena REIT No 1.

    Scott and Hutson are not be underestimated. G8s recent share purchase in Affinity would be showing a profit of almost $6,000,000 at close today. Chris Scott, in my opinion, is a fierce competitor, who likes to win. Interesting few weeks ahead.
