Lol no I have not been served by Jens but am well aware of that post. Unsure of the outcome of the unpaid wage claims from the HK Labour Tribunal. Perhaps this has been settled now there's $ in the kitty? Or maybe they needed to be settled prior to requotation and that contributed to delays?.. Unsure.
From memory didn't the Prospectus say there was no pending legals against Thredit, it's subsidiaries and Directors somewhere in the Independent Auditors Report was it?.. That would indicate to me that it was likely all sorted out prior.
