I think that Jentek who already specialise in NDT inspections are developing and have trial sensors for seeing cracks deeper within structual components such as larger landing gear fittings before they reach the surface as opposed to CVM which detects the crack propagating across the surface of structures. Jentek are also developing surface crack detection and are involved in testing with the US Airforce, all based on an article I had a read through this morning. I think we have a strong first mover advantage in the commercial field especially if we can get the wifi radome installations underway. I have removed a couple of wifi radomes now from A/C for wifi avionic t/shooting and to not have to access and remove for any form of inspection would be great as its logistically awkward access wise
