A merger sounds plausible although I am not sure the 12% allocation is necessary or that. In any event we will know within 3 months at the very latest as that is the longest time they can wait post-approval.
I hope they look at merging with a company with a similar share price. As it stands I believe that IGR is a ten bagger in the next 18 months or so. This may not be the case with a merged entity that has a much higher SP.
All p*ss and wind at this stage though. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
