at the meeting to elect Jeremy Cousins as a Director of the company.
Jeremy has over 20 years experience in a variety of commercial roles, including 8 years in the internet and telecommunications industry. He has served at the highest executive levels of EFTel
Limited and, having recently announced his retirement from a senior executive role, has expressed
willingness to contribute to the success of the company going forward. Jeremy prides himself on
maintaining amicable relationships with all stakeholders.
