jeremy read's withdrawal & agm proxies

Like Zhu, cynical me says they removed Jeremy from re-election because he may have been embarrassed by the outcome of the vote. This would be abuse of ASX Listing Rule Principles [which can be found on ASX web site].

I also expect many DML shareholders attending Thursday's AGM will raise similar concerns, including even new Blumont director, Russell Luxford.

I'll be there and hope to meet any shareholders attending before 11am. Also any shareholders not attending are welcome to give me their proxies.
