Gerry is a very successful business man...... but, his time is done IMHO.... and the franchisees will few the pinch in the next years to come IMHO.
Business model is old and retail prices are a horror...... only ppl with little to no cash buy at their stores.... prices are always at 200%- 500% higher then other retailers... well known for years....
Shake up on retail in OZ land is waited and well deserved......
It should be no MONOPOLY in this country.... look at Telstra... the worse telecommunication company by far,.....
Monopoly to the top and terrible services..... 3rd world internet speeds and outages and never end weekend maintenances....
Only because the government that gets lobbied and owns part of it keeps the monopoly alive and kicking....
We will NEVER prosper with MONOPOLY in this country... never.....
Monopoly means NO COMPETITION.
As per HVN, it's time is here..... by 2020 I believe that there might not be a HVN anymore.... either T/O or a fold.....
If and when the Australian Housing Bubble pops, HVN will go down the gurgler....
It's a shorts non-brainer.....
