place looks nice but it is a little slow...
think oldies and oker's style of people, not really funky or trendy in any way.
also exposed to bushfires so be carefull when choosing a block to build !
if looking to invest into tourisam ulladulla (little further south) is more popular with sydney cool crowd than jervis...
overall?
