Just my view....After the capital raising I think the Co will shortly thereafter consolidate shares at say 50 to 1 and will propose a new name change.

I also beleive this capital raising shows the chinese that we will fight any action they will bring against the Co and that we will not fold on threats of litigation/letters of demand. We can't afford to waste current Co funds.

On the other hand, I also say bring it on, as it seems to me that the only way that all will be revealed as to issues of conduct and the agreement/termination issues generally is via an open court hearing.
