True. DP has killed this company - and abused the rights of shareholders. He is a good geologist, according to all reports, but he lacks the managerial ability to do any more for this company - except for nepocratic gain.
His actions are akin to any dying animal in its 'death throes'. Use these 'death throes' against him - buy his sale issue - don't let him have your options and increase his power over you. Then with jervoisvision and the egm, he and his family will be out and no longer able to spread their poison.

We'll finally know where all the gold money has gone ... he must have had a reason for keeping a 'defunct' mine operating for over 4 years at a loss (on the books) of over US$1million per year!!!!
