They have been buying for quite some time to sell into any news.
As soon as the first selling began, they all line up.
Typical and means nothing to long term holders.
Time to accumulate from their selling is between now and before Andash news.
We won't know what the low will be, maybe 13 today, maybe not, but this is in a very solid uptrend since July, and it won't stop here.
