I would push to put the audit out to tender to larger firm who can bring new insights and place pressure re corporate governance. New broom required. Purcell has to go - end of story.
If you are not on board jervoisvision2008 get on board and stand up for what is right. Public companies are not the domain of personal private ownership and control.
