How soon can we have the EGM?
Is possible to have it BEFORE the rights issue can be put into action?
This rights issue at .4 cents per share is the last straw -it undermines confidence in the stock and send the message that the company is out of control with its finances and desperate for money!
If we can remove DP and co before this happens then we stand a good chance of getting the Chinese on board again. Their involvement gives us the best opportunity of realising the real value of the very large quantity of nickel,as well as the cobalt,scandium and iron ore resources owned by Jervois, and hence the best shareholder value!
