Obama shouldn't hand out a blanket pardon. If Hilary is deemed to be guilty of an offence then she must face court - It's a political no win for his legacy. Will be viewed as complicit in the crime if he does.
Far more sensible to leave it to Trump who will be crucified if he does and abhorred if he doesn't.
