You need to grasp the nature of the concept 'absolute' and apply it to relative knowledge and understanding.
You may suffer psychologically, not because of anything you have done, or can rectify through meditation or realization......a simple chemical imbalance in the brain may be causing delusional thoughts and irrational fears, and either nothing can be done about, in the worst case, or more typically, managing the imbalance with pharmaceuticals.
There goes your claim to 'absolute truth'
Your posts suggest that you make too many assumptions and overlook too much information.
Nothing is permanent, but physical/mental conditions can last a lifetime.
