As anyone can see, Buddhists themselves talk about 'philosophy of mind in Buddhism' so your objections are quite bizarre.
And given that human experience is conscious experience, as opposed to the unconscious information processing that precedes readiness potential, everything that we feel, think or believe is a matter of brain/mind states, including the Buddhist concept of enlightenment.
