The Company is pleased to advise the closure of the Issue pursuant to
its prospectus dated 30 April 2002 (the "Prospectus") raising an
amount of $5.6 million represented by 28,000,000 Shares at 20 cents
each and 14,000,000 free attaching options exercisable at 20 cents
each on or before 30 June 2003.

The Issue has attracted strong investor interest and the Directors
closed the Issue having attained minimum subscription to avoid
unnecessary dilution of the interests of existing shareholders. As
stated in the Prospectus, the Directors are of the opinion that upon
completion of the Issue, the Company will have access to adequate
working capital facilities to carry out its objectives.

The Company is currently completing the share allotment process and
anticipates the re-quotation of its securities on ASX by the end of
the month.

Upon re-quotation of the Company's securities, its capital structure
will be as follows:

* Fully Paid Ordinary Shares 86,588,255
* Options exercisable at 20 cents before 30 June 2003 55,570,603
