The Beng Minerals guys (very few of whom, if any, are actually members of the Beng Community people from memory which you don't ever take issue with) wrote to the ASX in early 2009 about this very issue and the ASX (seemingly) had no issue with what Nkwe had or hadn't done.....

Nkwe themselves were never interdicted from "prospecting" in a similar fashion as far as I am aware - moreover, you can still do work on properties without being 'on the ground' in any event?

I like your style - yous spend your 'life' researching and trying to dig up dirt on these guys - and clearly have a lot of issues with Landau in particular - yet you're still prepared to be a shareholder from time to time?
