Jnr, remember no one new about the con court case till it was posted on hotcopper. this is where all this crap started. if management informed the market better about this there would be a lot less pain,losses amongst current shareholders. it certainly would have affected my decision to invest in nkp. its ok to defend management now but there is no excuse for there past shocking management of tis company
