HWT has at cap of $52,000,000 + based on share price of $1.40 odd.

2003 end of year results for income was HWT $31M vs JET $22M.

Jet have a far bigger network than HWT, if they can get their act together and produce some economies of scale benefits from the merger of Traveland and Jetset brands then they should do well. They picked up the Traveland assets for a song during the whole Ansett collapse
