pretty sure it was shown by teardowns that the current Tesla's don't support by-directional (at least via the onboard charger/rectifier). DC may be different?
But by-directional isn't supported by the CCS standard, only on the roadmap.
possibly this might work in Japan, where the Chademo standard does support by-direction.
