You may well be right about paypal, I was perhaps being a bit hyperbolic.
Yeah, breach of contract - sounds right to me but according to Jetstar:
Flight times don’t form part of your contract with us and we do advise that we can’t guarantee that we’ll carry you at the scheduled time and date specified.
Now this is a weird statement. It seems to be a non-denial denial that the date is in fact part of the contract. I really dont know. My next port of call will be the ACCC, then maybe lawyers. Anyone out there in a similar situation? Mayber Maurice Blackburn can do a class action.
