I feel this is the true reason JETSTAR continually cancels flights on short notice !

My flight was meant to be yesterday at midday from Ballina/Byron to Sydney.
We asked the Jetstar staff this morning when I had to catch my flight home, and the answer we received was that there were not enough seats sold, so they cancelled the flight because there was another flight later. I was unable to get home for the later flight so had to wait until today.
I also had tickets to the Footy yesterday afternoon for an extremely important game, my tickets were wasted.
Really not impressed!
