There are pathways and a sequential progression in all aspects of ANP, and one of those aspects is interaction and promotion, as one aspect is ticked off it opens up the opportunity and viability to talk and communicate and exchange with individuals and groups.
These aren't random situations, criteria need to be met then new things happen.
We see it here in the associations when we progress, and the same sequential progressions occur with many aspects, none more so than collaboration.

A has to happen to allow B and then C takes place.

The more you look, the more it is obvious.

This event and the personnel are another progression in our pathways.
